The bank is operating in class1 category. Currently the bank which has 228 crore of deposits and 146 crore of loans. The bank has taken special care to implement government directives on time and provide services to people.
Modern Banking Services
The bank introduced modern banking services such as NEFT/RTGS ,MOBILE BANKING to members and customers. As part of providing modern banking services the bank has started the process of transferring fund with all banks across the country. Currently the bank has 36 permanent employees and 6 employees on commission basis ,operating with a Head office and four branches. The bank is working to provide services to all members in the Taliparamba financial sector, regardless of caste, religion or politics with a social commitment. Beyond economic prosperity, the bank has actively engaged in social initiatives to enhance community wellbeing. The Taliparamba service cooperative bank limited (NO.F 1264) ,registered on 13 th February 1914 and operated from 15 th feb.1914.It is the leading cooperative financial institution in Taliparamba.It has played a major role in the social and economic development of Taliparamba since 1914.It has been giving priority to providing services that meet the diverse needs of its members.
Currently a 10 member board of directors headed by Adv.T.R Mohandas is in operation.
Beyond traditional banking, we extend our services to other sectors including education and community development. We operate a student store and a cooperative minimart.
